Brazilian Cheese Biscuits

Brazilian Cheese Biscuits

Equipment

  • 1 muffin tin you can use mini or regular size

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2/3 cup milk of your choosing
  • 1 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cheese (grated) of your choosing

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2. Grease your muffin tins and set aside.
  • 3. In the blender, combine the milk, egg, and oil until well combined.
  • 4. Add 'flour' and salt; mix until well combined. Don't forget to scrape down sides.
  • 5. Add the cheese and whiz just until combined.
  • 6. Pour the batter into your greased tin leaving some space at the top They're going to puff up 😉
  • Into the oven for 15-20 minutes or until nicely browned.
