Focus on improving physical strength balance and quality of life while reducing the risk of falls and fractures. The class can be tailored to accommodate individual fitness levels and specific needs, ensuring everyone can participate safely and effectively. Taught by a specially trained instructor. This class is a mix of seated and standing.

Movers and Shakers

10 AM – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

This program is not just for those with osteoporosis, but for those who feel a regular aerobics program is not right for them.

Keeping in mind the Osteofit spine stability best practices; this class offers a less traditional form of warm up. Less coordinate ‘dance’ and more about walking with gate changes and balance challenges. Strength training with bands and light weights is followed by stretching for a complete workout. This is a combination seated and standing class.

Mens Class

1:00 PM – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Join our active again mens class and rediscover your strength and balance in a relaxed male environment. Emphasizing gait training, balance exercises, strength building, and endurance enhancement.
